You Hire or Insure the Drivers

As contractors, you can’t require your last-mile delivery drivers or those of the companies you insure to take the CODE certification training. But to establish consistency in your processes, set a high standard for service, and reduce the risk of costly claims you can offer them the option to take it themselves.

CODE training is all online and accessible 24 hours a day. Follow the steps to get certified today!

1.Sign up for membership (it’s free!) and activate your account.

You will receive an email to activate your account.

2.Fill out your profile.

Members are added to our national database, receive the latest information, updates and regulations to help you keep ahead of the competition.

  1. Choose your certifications.
  2. Pay for your certifications.
  3. Get Certified!

CODE will take you through a series of video modules. Each module highlights a specific part of the delivery process or a specific type of delivery. Once you’ve watched the video, CODE will provide a test to check for understanding (after first agreeing to CODE terms and conditions). Once the test is passed with a score of 80% or better you will be moved to the next video in the series. An overall passing score of 80% or better means you are CODE Trained and Certified!

6. Click on REPORTS, then MY CERTIFICATIONS to print your Certificate!

If you purchase and log on later to take your training…

  • Click on your name in the navigation bar, then click DASHBOARD.
  • You will then see a button that reads CERTIFICATION PROGRAMS that will take you to your purchased trainings.
  • Click on the training you want to take, then select Take This Test to be brought to the training video.
